We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive the scaling and market adoption of our most promising products. This role will play a critical role in transforming validated market opportunities into significant revenue growth by orchestrating impactful go-to-market strategies alongside our sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Design, champion, and meticulously execute comprehensive, cross-functional GTM plans for our "right-to-win" product use cases, ensuring seamless coordination across all relevant teams to achieve aggressive adoption and revenue targets.
- Partner With Sales: Serve as the primary product marketing partner across the sales organization, developing and delivering high-impact sales collateral, comprehensive training materials, competitive intelligence, and compelling talk tracks that empower the sales team to articulate product value and close deals efficiently. And jumping on customer calls as necessary.
- Deep Marketing Collaboration: Partner with demand generation, content marketing, and other marketing functions to ensure consistent and impactful integration of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Identify & Leverage Routes to Market: Proactively identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new avenues for market expansion, including our existing customers, strategic partnerships, key industry relationships, and relevant conferences, to accelerate the adoption and reach of our scaled use cases.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all GTM initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact and efficiency at scale.
- Product & Market Advocacy: Act as a passionate product evangelist, representing our solutions at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and drive market demand for our scaled offerings.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on scaling products and driving significant business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing successful go-to-market strategies for products or services that have achieved substantial market penetration and revenue impact.
- Proven ability to partner directly with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, including developing sales enablement materials, delivering training, and providing direct support. Direct sales experience is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional capability to translate complex product features into compelling customer benefits and clear value propositions that resonate with target personas and drive desired actions.
- Full-stack marketing acumen, possessing a solid understanding of how various marketing channels (e.g., content, digital, events, PR) contribute to a holistic and scalable GTM strategy.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and educate diverse internal and external audiences.
