Product Marketing Manager - Agentic AI

Within Services, Advisors & Transformation represents a new chapter, evolving how Mastercard partners with clients by combining deep consulting expertise with advanced digital and agent enabled capabilities.
With the launch of Agent Suite, Advisors & Transformation is leading the market into the next era of consulting, where AI agents can reason, decide, and act to drive real, scalable outcomes. By uniting proprietary platforms, AI innovation, and advisory expertise, Mastercard is helping clients move from experimentation to enterprise readiness. The Product Portfolio Marketing Manager, Advisors & Transformation will be at the heart of this evolution. This role owns product marketing and go to market execution for Agent Suite, shaping how our AI and agent enabled consulting capabilities are positioned, understood, and sold globally. You will translate complex innovation into clear, differentiated narratives, equip sales and consulting teams to win, and ensure consistent messaging as Agent Suite scales.
In addition, this role supports broader Advisors & Transformation strategic marketing initiatives, including portfolio planning, sales enablement, and awareness building efforts. You will partner closely with product, consulting, sales, and integrated marketing teams to execute marketing programs aligned to Advisors & Transformation growth priorities and to define how Mastercard Services shows up in the market.

The Role
Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market Execution:• Own and execute integrated go-to-market plans for Agent Suite, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and ongoing market activation.• Translate complex AI- and agent-led consulting capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions aligned to priority buying centers and client needs.• Participate in the development of portfolio-level marketing plans that support Advisors & Transformation growth priorities.
Content Development & Narrative Excellence• Lead development of core product marketing assets, including pitch decks, solution overviews, value propositions, use cases, POVs, articles, and client-facing materials.• Write and refine product-led narratives that clearly articulate the "why," "what," and "so what" of Agent Suite for internal and external audiences.• Ensure Agent Suite messaging integrates seamlessly into broader Advisors & Transformation and Mastercard Services narratives.
Sales Enablement & Internal Activation• Serve as the primary owner of Agent Suite sales enablement, equipping sales and consulting teams with compelling stories, proof points, and scalable assets.• Manage and evolve enablement materials to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with product evolution and market feedback.• Partner with Global marketing and communications, product, sales, and regional teams to align and cascade messaging, and enablement globally.
Digital & Campaign Support• Contribute to digital marketing and campaign execution, including website content, presentations, and thought leadership distribution, to support awareness and demand generation goals.• Support execution of Advisors & Transformation portfolio launches across Advisory, Innovation, and Deploy sub-pillars.
Reporting, Tracking & Portfolio Support• Support content calendars, asset management, and internal reporting needs in partnership with the broader Services Marketing team.• Contribute to the Advisors & Transformation thought leadership content engine, helping scale content creation aligned to portfolio narratives.
All About You
Experience & Capabilities• 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, consulting marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally supporting complex or evolving offerings.• Proven experience owning go-to-market execution for a priority product, solution, or capability.• Strong background in sales enablement, including development of scalable, high-impact collateral.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strategic & Analytical Skills• Experience developing marketing plans informed by strategy, critical thinking, and market insight.• Comfort leveraging data and feedback to assess effectiveness and refine messaging and execution.• Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-evolving products and ambiguous problem spaces.
Ways of Working• Highly collaborative, with experience partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.• Creative thinker who is also execution-oriented and comfortable operating with urgency.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
