About Bizzabo

Bizzabo is the Event Experience Operating System for modern enterprise organizations, and the intelligence behind every great event. Corporate event teams use Bizzabo to run complex event portfolios across in-person, virtual, webinar, and field events, unify their data, and prove the business impact of every event they run.

We've powered more than 100,000 events for millions of attendees. We're a Leader in the Forrester Wave for B2B Event Management Technology and the only vendor in that evaluation named a Customer Favorite. Founded in 2011, we're headquartered in New York with offices in Montreal, Kyiv and Tel-Aviv.

The category is changing fast. Event teams are being asked to run more programs with fewer people and prove revenue impact on every one of them, and AI is reshaping what an event platform should do. We're building for that future, and we need someone to tell that story.

About the role

You'll own how Bizzabo is understood: by buyers, by our sales team, by analysts, and by the AI agents our own teams now work with every day.

This is a lead role with real scope. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, and analyst relations for the full Event Experience OS, including the agentic capabilities we're bringing to organizers, attendees, and sponsors. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, and you'll report directly to our Co-founder and CMO.

We're looking for a builder. You'll have strong partners across Brand, Demand Generation, and Enablement, but no layers between you and the work. If you want to shape a category, not maintain someone else's messaging deck, this is the role.

You'll also get to work the way we work. Claude is part of everyone's day at Bizzabo. Our teams use Claude and Claude Cowork daily, with Skills built on our own messaging, product, and competitive knowledge, and you'll have the freedom to automate anything that slows you down.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Event Experience OS. Translate new agentic capabilities into clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders, and keep the story consistent from the website to the last call before signature.
  • Run launches end to end. Partner with Product on what we build and why, then own the go-to-market: narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plan, field readiness, and customer communication.
  • Help us win competitive deals. Own competitive intelligence against legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions. Build battlecards, landmine questions, and objection handling that reps actually use, and run win/loss analysis to sharpen them.
  • Equip the field. Build the pitch narrative, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content. Partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team and make sure every new capability is sold, not just shipped.
  • Lead analyst relations day to day. Own our Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, and briefings, plus our presence on peer review sites like G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Turn customers into proof. Work with Account Management to build case studies, reference programs, and the metrics that make our claims specific.
  • Drive adoption. Partner with Account Management to get existing customers using what we ship, through release communications, programs, and content for executive business reviews.
  • Own the context layer. Our messaging, product, and competitive knowledge powers the Claude Skills our teams use to write, sell, and support. You'll keep that source of truth current and use AI to automate your own GTM workflows.

What success looks like

In your first 90 days:

  • You've listened to dozens of sales calls, interviewed customers and lost prospects, and can explain in plain words why we win and why we lose.
  • You've refreshed our core competitive materials and the field is using them in live deals.
  • You've taken ownership of our next analyst evaluation and our peer review strategy.
  • You've shipped your first launch end to end.

In your first year:

  • Our competitive win rate is measurably higher, and you can show which of your work moved it.
  • Every major release goes to market with a clear story, trained reps, and customer adoption plans.
  • Our analyst and peer review position reflects where the product actually is.
  • The messaging that powers our people and our AI agents is sharp, current, and trusted across the company.

What you need

  • 5+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, including time as the lead or sole product marketer.
  • An AI-native way of working. You've used AI agents, ideally Claude, to automate real GTM workflows, and you can show us what you built.
  • A track record of positioning complex platforms for both business and technical buyers, and of winning against an entrenched incumbent.
  • Strong sales enablement instincts. You build narratives and assets that get used in the field, and you know how to check that they do.
  • Hands-on experience with analyst relations, ideally including a Forrester Wave or Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation.
  • Excellent writing. You make complicated things simple without making them generic.
  • Comfort building without a big team around you: you set your own priorities, move fast, and ship.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar agentic tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Experience in event technology, martech, or another platform sold to marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing agentic or AI-first products to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience with a three-sided value story (in our case, organizers, attendees, and sponsors).
  • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and comfort pulling your own data from them.

In accordance with the New York Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for the Product Marketing Lead role is $100,000 -$150,000. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive rewards package that includes generous time-off benefits, quarterly mental health days, quarterly team-building events (Bizzabreaks), and comprehensive insurance options with employer premium coverage. Other benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer matching, an equity program, paid parental leave, and sabbatical leave on milestone anniversaries (BizzaBirthdays).
