You'll help shape how Wahed speaks to its users—across onboarding, lifecycle campaigns, in-app messaging, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who loves simplifying complex ideas, enjoys writing, and wants to see their work directly impact the experience of Halal investors around the world.
Job Description:
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly product messages (push notifications, emails, tooltips, etc.).
- Assist in planning and running lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Document and create workflow diagrams of existing communication systemsHelp revamp in-app messages and system emails to better guide users.
- Support product education content—like onboarding flows and how-to guides.
- Work closely with design and analytics teams to experiment, test, and learn from user behavior.
Job Specifications:
- Strong writing skills — ideally with some experience in product, UX, or marketing copy
- Ability to simplify ideas and communicate clearly
- Interest in fintech, personal finance, or mission-driven products
- Comfortable managing feedback and collaborating with different teams
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Familiarity with A/B testing or marketing tools (like Braze, Iterable, etc.)
- Experience writing blogs, tutorials, or guides
- Basic understanding of analytics (funnels, conversions, user behavior)
- How to craft product messaging that drives user engagement
- The full lifecycle of product marketing—from idea to launch
