We are looking for a highly driven Product Marketing & GTM Specialist to build and scale a high-impact go-to-market engine from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, growth, content, AI, and revenue generation, with a primary focus on driving user acquisition, free trial activations, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands buyer psychology, and can translate product capabilities into compelling market narratives. You will be responsible for establishing scalable distribution channels, building a content-driven growth engine, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging AI-powered tools to dramatically improve marketing efficiency and execution speed.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy focused on driving qualified signups, free trial activations, and revenue growth.
  • Build and scale distribution channels including organic search, content marketing, email campaigns, outbound initiatives, and earned media programs.
  • Develop and manage a high-performance content engine producing blogs, landing pages, case studies, product comparisons, thought leadership content, and SEO-focused assets.
  • Create compelling product marketing materials including positioning frameworks, messaging, customer success stories, competitive analysis, launch campaigns, and sales enablement content.
  • Define and communicate product value propositions that resonate with target buyers and differentiate the product in competitive markets.
  • Build, measure, and optimize conversion funnels across landing pages, lead capture journeys, onboarding flows, and trial-to-paid conversion paths.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and customer engagement programs to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Establish CRM processes, lead scoring models, attribution tracking, campaign measurement frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and continuously improve campaigns based on measurable outcomes and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to accelerate content creation, experimentation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Strong experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or Demand Generation roles within SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to build marketing programs, distribution channels, or growth engines from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, customer journeys, and buyer psychology.
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes through acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a strong interest in leveraging automation to scale execution.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, analytics tools, and attribution frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance, identify insights, and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, product-led growth, or technology-driven businesses is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
