Role Summary
The Product Marketing Director / VP will be responsible for shaping how VulnCheck’s products are positioned and perceived in the market. This role bridges the gap between product, sales, and marketing—turning complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: able to define go-to-market strategies, build messaging frameworks, and deliver sales enablement content that drives customer engagement and pipeline growth.
About VulnCheck
VulnCheck is the exploit intelligence company helping security teams, product vendors, and enterprises stay ahead of threats. By combining vulnerability intelligence with exploit intelligence, VulnCheck delivers real-time, actionable insights that empower organizations to prioritize, remediate, and defend against the vulnerabilities that matter most.
As we continue to expand our presence in the cybersecurity market, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our products. This role is critical in translating our technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with CISOs, product leaders, and security practitioners.
Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning: Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning that highlights VulnCheck’s unique value in the vulnerability and exploit intelligence space.
Content Development and Enablement: Create sales and marketing assets, including solution briefs, case studies, competitive battlecards, and presentations.
Go-to-Market (GTM): Lead GTM launches with the Product team for new product features, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and help position VulnCheck against competitive alternatives as part of the content program and the analyst relations program.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and content that help them effectively communicate VulnCheck’s value across use cases and vertical markets.
Customer Voice: Collaborate with customers and the community to capture success stories and ensure our messaging reflects real-world impact. (case studies, Gartner Peer Insights)
Campaign Support: Partner with demand generation and content teams to design campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through content and through representing VulnCheck on webinars and at industry events.
