What We're Looking For

We’re seeking to contract a strategic and hands-on Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a new product launch. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to define positioning, messaging, and launch tactics that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue. 

This is a contract-based role ideal for a self-starter with experience bringing new B2B or B2C products to market. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute launch plans, timelines, and marketing strategies tailored to the target audience. 
  • Craft Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with ideal customer profiles. 
  • Enable Sales & Customer Teams: Develop sales enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides. 
  • Create Launch Content: Partner with design, content, sales and customer experience teams to develop blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social content. 
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform positioning and refine messaging. 
  • Track Performance: Set KPIs and measure the success of launch campaigns across channels, reporting learnings and adjusting strategies as needed. 
  • Multi-Segment Go-to-Market: Design and execute marketing strategies tailored for each key segment, including Property Management Companies, Board Members, Onsite Staff and Property Managers. 
  • Go-to-market focus on new and existing customers: Own strategies that engage both prospective customers and existing users, with an emphasis on upsell, cross-sell, product education, and expanding customer value. 
Requirements

About You

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment 
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products or features to market 
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across marketing formats 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, FIgma and Confluence 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean, and iterative environment 
  • Experience in video content strategy, with hands-on experience in scripting, recording, and producing product marketing video is a plus 
  • Experience in the Property Technology (PropTech) industry is a plus

  • Hourly Rate: $65-$75
  • Contract Info: 4 months with possibility to extend, roughly 30-35 hours/week
