This is a hybrid role for candidates based in either Miami, Florida or New York City. The position requires in-office presence three days per week to collaborate closely with our executive, product, and engineering teams.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our retail options trading applications. This role requires a strong blend of financial markets knowledge, technical expertise, and product leadership. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement—ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering meaningful value to end users.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Vision
· Define and execute the product roadmap for our retail options trading applications.
· Develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements.
· Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and long-term product direction.

Feature Development & Enhancement
· Own all functional and technical features of the platform.
· Prioritize product improvements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
· Ensure seamless integration of new features within the platform’s architecture.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner with executives, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align product initiatives.
· Present product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
· Support sales and marketing teams with product messaging and positioning.
Product Policy & Pricing
· Develop and optimize product and pricing policies.
· Analyze pricing models and recommend improvements.
· Establish governance frameworks and best practices for product management.
· Monitor key product performance metrics and KPIs.
User Experience & Market Focus
· Champion a user-centric approach to design and development.
· Gather and analyze user feedback through multiple channels.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
· Stay up to date on options trading trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
What You Bring:
Required Experience
· 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
· 3+ years working with options trading platforms or financial markets technology.
· Proven success in launching and scaling digital products.
· Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technical products.
Technical & Analytical Skills
· Strong understanding of options trading mechanics, strategies, and market structure.
· Familiarity with financial data feeds, real-time pricing systems, and trading infrastructure.
· Experience with web technologies, APIs, and modern software development practices.
· Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
· Data-driven approach with expertise in A/B testing, user analytics, and conversion optimization.
· Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
· Experience with options market making, institutional trading, or retail brokerage environments.
· Background in UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the VP of Product and works closely with the CTO, Head of Engineering, and other senior leaders.
