The Product Manager, Core Product owns the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse’s core platform experience. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve usability, drive customer adoption, and support revenue growth across the business.


The successful candidate will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting deep customer research, analyzing product performance, and defining detailed functional requirements. They will design intuitive, scalable user experiences that streamline workflows across scheduling, estimating, job management, and payments, ensuring a seamless experience for all users within the FieldPulse platform.


This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer success to deliver meaningful improvements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth of the FieldPulse core platform.

Where You'll Work: 

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do: 

  • Work directly with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver maximum customer and business value.
  • Conduct customer research, analyze product data, and evaluate workflows to ensure we are building intuitive, high-impact features within the FieldPulse core platform.
  • Craft detailed PRDs, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
  • Develop deep expertise across core product areas such as scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the FieldPulse core platform, supporting Sales and Customer Success through enablement, product knowledge, and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid foundation in product thinking and an interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems, etc), no deep experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) through internships, school projects, or early career roles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding how product decisions drive both user experience and business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic success (e.g., graduating with honors), internships, or hands-on projects.
