Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead our new payables and disbursement initiatives from product discovery to delivery. You will be the primary driver in deeply understanding and prioritizing customer needs with a cross-functional team including engineers and designers. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, strategy, customer success, sales, operations, marketing, partners, and leadership teams to ensure we all succeed in delivering industry-leading products.

What you will do

  • Deeply understand customers and translate needs into innovative solutions that drive company growth.

  • Identify opportunities and solutions through customer discovery, interviews, market research, and experiments

  • Define successful outcomes with clear metrics, decision criteria, and milestones

  • Bring understanding, clarity, and priority to ambiguous opportunities through product discovery and roadmaps

  • Drive rapid product delivery to customers with well-defined stories, backlog, and releases

  • Lead product releases and set the expectation for delivery of new functionality

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product adoption

  • Maximize team delivery by actively removing obstacles and impediments

  • Become the company and industry expert and inspiration for these solutions


What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager

  • A self starter who has a proven track record

  • Experience creating enterprise software products

  • A knowledge and/or experience working within payments, accounting, fintech, or similar industries

  • Proven ability to bring new products to market

  • Strong knowledge of APIs and how to connect different technologies with one another.

  • Must have experience managing development workflows and a desire to be hands on with development teams as a teammate.

  • Expert knowledge of Agile development processes and principles

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with data to make decisions

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
