WHAT YOU’LL DO

At Daymark Health, we are building technology that improves how cancer care is delivered and received. We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex operational and clinical problems, building thoughtful user experiences, and driving meaningful outcomes for care teams and patients. You’ll be part of a small but growing technology team, and will work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Clinical Teams. In this role, you will:

  • Own discovery, problem definition, and solution design for Daymark’s top-of-funnel enrollment experience, helping streamline workflows so we can reach and serve more patients faster.
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and improve Daymark’s proprietary Care Management platform that supports high-quality, efficient care delivery.
  • Stay deeply connected to clinician, care team, and patient workflows through research, shadowing, feedback, and data, and use those insights to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Work end-to-end across the product development lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through execution, launch, feedback collection, and iteration.
  • Operate hands-on when needed to move work forward, whether that means building reports, refining workflows, making lightweight configuration changes, or helping solve urgent operational problems.
  • Leverage AI in your day-to-day work and help identify opportunities to apply AI for automation use cases.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: You bring 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building and shipping user-centric products with complex workflows. Experience in healthcare is required, preferably in a care delivery context.
  • Healthcare fluency: You have deep empathy for clinicians, care teams, and patients, and you enjoy spending time understanding how work happens on the ground. You’re energized by shadowing your users and love a good white boarding session.
  • Hands-on operator: You thrive in a small-team environment and are comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You are resourceful, low-ego, and willing to do what it takes to solve problems and drive outcomes.
  • Communication and collaboration: You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can work effectively across technical, operational, and clinical teams, and tailor your message from executives to frontline clinical staff.
  • AI and curiosity: You regularly use AI in your daily work and are excited about how AI and emerging tools can improve workflows, efficiency, and care delivery.
  • Mission-first: You are motivated by the opportunity to improve the healthcare system and aligned with Daymark’s mission to transform cancer care for patients, families, and providers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on location & experience.
