The Role:

Pixability is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team.

We are a customer-facing Product Management team that works directly with agencies and brands to solve modern YouTube advertising challenges — across planning, activation, contextual alignment, suitability, measurement, and optimization.

This role is deeply rooted in DV360 workflows. DV360 experience is required.

Who You Are:

You are fluent in the digital advertising ecosystem and feel at home in the details — especially YouTube and Google’s ad stack. You keep up to date with new technologies, and love working on new products.

You’re energized by customer problems — and you can translate those problems into products that are simple, powerful, and measurable.

You are also excited about what’s possible in 2026 with GenAI and agentic product experiences — and you want to build tools that reduce manual work, accelerate decision-making, and help media teams operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Own a core YouTube product area:

  • Drive end-to-end product ownership for a key area of the Pixability YouTube platform
(e.g., contextual suitability, planning, activation workflows, performance optimization, reporting/insights).

Be deeply customer-connected:

  • Spend meaningful time with agencies and brands to understand how they plan and buy YouTube
  • Care about outcomes for our customers

Understand product management best practices, including:

  • Own Agile delivery across assigned initiatives, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and sprint execution.
  • Translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting context) for engineering teams.
  • Track progress against sprint and delivery goals, proactively surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies
  • Support release readiness and validate that shipped work meets requirements and quality standards

Build for DV360 users:

  • Design products and workflows that improve the lived reality of DV360-based YouTube buying/
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Bring GenAI and automation into the workflow:

  • Identify high-impact manual or repetitive steps where Pixability can create leverage through automation.
  • Ship AI features responsibly, with clear controls, transparency, and measurable impact.

Deliver products end-to-end:

  • Work with Engineering and Design to ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to position and launch new capabilities.
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency gains, performance lift, retention).

What You Bring to the Party:

Required:

  • 4+ years Product Management experience, with a track record of shipping successful products
  • Advertising / adtech experience (agency-side, platform-side, or tools serving advertisers)
  • DV360 experience (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube advertising:
    • Targeting and inventory concepts
    • Brand suitability / contextual alignment
    • Measurement, optimization, and reporting expectations
  • Strong product instincts and UX sensibility — you can simplify complex workflows
  • Strong analytical skills — you use data to prioritize, validate, and measure impact
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience using gen AI products in your daily workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional execution and drive alignment
  • Experience bringing GenAI-powered products and/or agentic features to market — from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and iteration.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with brand suitability, contextual targeting, or inventory quality tools
  • Experience with YouTube measurement/verification ecosystems (DV, IAS, Moat, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads & YouTube Select buying
  • Experience building workflow automation or recommendation systems
  • Experience with Looker

The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,00 including a potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
