About the Role


Andium is seeking a hands-on, technically oriented Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle of our AI-driven Industrial IoT hardware and software platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborates effectively across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.


What you'll do:
  • Create clear and actionable user stories and product requirements for features, epics, and initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs across multiple engineering teams, aligning with the quarterly roadmap and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and frontend engineers to transform requirements into intuitive Figma designs.
  • Ensure all product acceptance criteria are met following QA, and lead the sign-off process for production releases.
  • Test new feature viability directly with customers, gather feedback, and iterate based on results.
  • Analyze product performance, user adoption, and usage data to propose improvements and enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and operations to ensure seamless feature delivery and high product quality.
  • Support go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams.
What you bring:
  • 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably within industrial IoT, oil & gas technology, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to write succinct product requirements, manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and translate roadmap goals into delivery plans in Jira.
  • Experience working collaboratively with design and engineering teams, with a strong focus on usability and technical feasibility.
  • Direct experience using or overseeing tools such as Figma during the design process.
  • Solid understanding of QA/test workflows and experience defining and verifying acceptance criteria for new releases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience soliciting and incorporating customer feedback during product development.
  • Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and a strong sense of ownership.
Bonus Points:
  • Direct industry experience in oil & gas, energy, or mission-critical IoT deployments.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS product cycles and enterprise customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts such as edge computing, hardware development and deployment, and AI-based industrial software is strongly preferred.


Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000, plus a competitive equity package.
