As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

About the Role

As a Product Manager for Workplace Management & Employee Engagement, you will report to the Vice President of Product Management and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features and functionality related to workplace insights, real estate optimization, and employee engagement. This role goes beyond delivery — you will drive discovery, align stakeholders, and embed AI into workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

    • Drive and execute the product strategy aligned to the company’s vision for hybrid workplace solutions.
    • Define and maintain a 24–36 month roadmap for workplace management initiatives, including employee engagement and workplace insights features in the OfficeSpace platform.
    • Perform continuous market and competitive analysis, with emphasis on emerging AI capabilities shaping the workplace industry.

Discovery & Research

    • Lead research and discovery initiatives in partnership with the Design & User Research team to uncover customer needs and validate new concepts.
    • Document findings in PRDs, epics, and iterative designs, ensuring innovative and AI-driven approaches are evaluated for feasibility and impact.
    • Identify long-term research needs to evolve workplace management and reporting capabilities based on emerging themes, competitive insights, and innovative features (e.g., predictive utilization, dynamic seating policies).

Execution & Delivery

    • Partner with Research, Design, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of workplace management features.
    • Act as a daily decision-maker for development teams, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
    • Define clear success metrics and track adoption, efficiency improvements, and business outcomes.
    • A champion in the age of AI, crafting new ways of working to accelerate product quality and delivery and generate ROI by evolving internal PDLC processes.

Collaboration & Communication

    • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, personas, and go-to-market strategies that highlight workplace management capabilities.
    • Lead internal stakeholder and client engagement sessions to validate roadmap priorities and collect feedback.
    • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support with resources to help customers fully realize the value of workplace management tools, facilitate successful go-to-market execution, and promote adoption of features.

Data & Emerging Technology

    • Leverage analytics and usage insights to inform roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.
    • Explore opportunities for emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance analytics, forecasting, and workplace decision-making.
    • Align on and execute agentic AI use cases in the platform to assist key workplace leaders
    • Measure and communicate impact on adoption, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and business outcomes (ARR/NRR).
    • A change agent, leading with flexibility and adaptability based on the changing needs of clients and the market.
Who You Are
  • 5–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to workplace technology, planning, or data-driven products.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Proven experience owning product roadmaps, conducting discovery, and delivering features in an Agile environment.
  • Skilled at defining PRDs, epics, and use cases for features that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to prioritize features, measure adoption, and assess product success.
  • Proven track record of partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver new product features and upgrades on time in a rapidly moving and growing environment.
  • Highly collaborative and able to lead cross-functional interactions across teams to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • Adaptable, and committed to delivering meaningful impact for customers.
  • Curious, analytical, and deeply customer-centric.
  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product management processes and delivery excellence.
  • Familiar with the latest Ai vibe coding and prototyping technologies

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
