You own how workplace strategy becomes product reality. As a Product Manager at OfficeSpace, you lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of workplace management and employee engagement capabilities—from insights and utilization to AI-powered decision support. You balance discovery with delivery, pair customer empathy with data, and use AI to move faster, smarter, and with greater impact.
What you’ll do:
Set and drive product strategy for workplace management and employee engagement solutions.
Own a 24–36 month roadmap focused on insights, real estate optimization, and engagement outcomes.
Lead discovery with Design and Research to uncover customer needs and validate new concepts.
Translate insights into clear PRDs, epics, and prioritized backlogs.
Partner daily with Engineering to make smart trade-offs and deliver high-quality features.
Define success metrics and track adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
Use AI to accelerate discovery, documentation, prioritization, and delivery workflows.
Explore and embed emerging technologies—especially agentic AI—into the OfficeSpace platform.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, personas, and go-to-market strategy.
Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive adoption and customer value.
Act as a change agent—adapting quickly as customer needs, data, and the market evolve.
What You Bring:
5–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in Agile environments.
Strong discovery skills—research, validation, and customer-centric problem solving.
Experience writing PRDs, epics, and use cases that balance business and user needs.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to guide decisions.
High fluency with AI tools and workflows to accelerate product management execution.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted prototyping or “vibe coding” tools.
Clear communicator who aligns Design, Engineering, and GTM teams around outcomes.
Builder mentality. You take ownership, move fast, and deliver meaningful customer impact.
