Product Manager (Boston, MA)

RedCircle helps creators turn their art into income.  As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for advancing our platform to help podcasters get paid.

Our platform, RAP, is a fully-automated advertising solution for both marketing teams and podcast creators. RAP enables a marketer to buy ads on hundreds of podcasts in a few clicks, while still buying host-read endorsement-style campaigns.  It’s audio influence at scale.  For podcasters, RedCircle’s distribution, analytics, and monetization technologies are a no-brainer for maximizing revenue for their audience.  For advertisers, RAP provides unprecedented scale by replacing the emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets that are typically used in these campaigns.

As RedCircle continues to scale, we’re bringing on a Product Manager to collaborate with the founders on the product roadmap.  As PM on the tech team, you’ll work closely every day with the engineering team, designers, and company founders to push the platform forward.  You’ll be RedCircle’s first dedicated Product Manager — gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating closely with engineers to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

The podcast advertising industry is set to double from $2B to $4B over the next couple of years, and RedCircle is providing some of the most sophisticated advertising software and the most interesting content in the game. If you want to be part of a fast-moving environment and help scale a growing business at the heart of podcast advertising, this is the job for you.

Core responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap. Partner with leadership to define and prioritize the next wave of features across our creator and advertiser experiences.
  • Drive execution. Translate strategy into clear, actionable product requirements and work closely with engineering on planning, delivery, and QA.
  • Create amazing design. Collaborate closely with designers to deliver exceptional UX — from intuitive creator dashboards to enterprise-grade advertising tools.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration. Communicate priorities and updates across the company.  Gather feedback and user needs from the team.
  • Champion the user. Deeply understand the workflows, motivations, and pain points of both podcasters and advertisers to deliver impactful products.
  • Measure and iterate. Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.

Reporting to the CEO. The company’s founder and CEO will be your supervisor, so you’ll have great access to the company’s history, strategy, and decision making.

A great candidate…
  • Has 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, adtech, martech, or media tech environments.
  • Has an eye for design and usability and is passionate about building delightful, accessible interfaces.
  • Is comfortable in high-tech environments and capable of discussing architecture and tradeoffs with engineers while maintaining business focus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, working closely with leadership and teammates across disciplines.
  • Takes  ownership of outcomes, manages multiple priorities effectively, and follows through with precision.
  • Is located in Boston and is excited about in-person collaboration.
