The Product Manager will lead the development of a remote patient monitoring platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare efficiency and decision-making.
About The Role
As a Product Manager at RhythmScience, you will drive the development of our remote patient monitoring platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and clinical teams to build solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and ensure seamless integration with healthcare workflows.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the product roadmap based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop innovative features that improve parsing, interpreting, and generating insights for heart monitoring reports and automate technician workflows
- Integrate new heart devices into the RhythmScience platform
- Lead pilot for guideline-directed medical therapy for heart failure patients
- Analyze product performance using data-driven insights and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in cardiac remote monitoring, healthcare interoperability, and AI-driven insights.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech, medical devices, or SaaS.
- High-agency and hands-on approach, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and at small startups
- Ability to break down complex operational workflows and problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and creating smooth R&D rituals and processes
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare, EHR integrations, or working with cardiology-specific data.
