In this full-time role based in Waltham, MA, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital platforms, including the patient portal and EHR integration services. This position sits at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and patient experience—driving solutions that streamline clinician workflows and empower patients with intuitive, secure, and connected tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patient portal initiatives, ensuring usability, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), and seamless integration with EHR systems.
  • Drive Salesforce optimization, managing workflows, integrations, and automation that support patient navigation and internal operations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Translate user and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., portal adoption, integration efficiency, patient engagement KPIs).
  • Ensure regulatory and data security standards are embedded in product design and delivery.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert for patient portal and EHR integrations, providing training and guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or equivalent technical product role.
  • Proficiency with Jira (backlog management, sprint planning) and Salesforce (workflows, integrations).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology, biotech, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with patient portals and EHR integration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance).
  • Technical background or strong technical acumen (APIs, data flows, cloud services).
