About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency, customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our technically complex product. This person will own the full product lifecycle, from identifying market/customer needs, to shaping solutions that solve these problems, to delivering features that drive measurable value. This person thrives at the intersection of user insight and technical feasibility, with experience spanning both D2C and B2B integration workflows.

The ideal candidate gets energy from talking to customers, thinks in terms of user value and commercial outcomes, and can break these down into product features for development teams. This person is a strong cross-functional collaborator who can drive alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your product domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, discovery, and execution; ensure internal stakeholders understand priorities.
  • Conduct direct interviews and research to build deep empathy for our business customers and end users, translating their goals, pain points, and technical needs into validated product opportunities.
  • Define product initiatives with clear business cases and value proposition, then translate this into technically precise product briefs that you finalize in collaboration with dev and design.
  • Partner with the technical product manager to drive execution, including Jira readiness, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Actively participate in key engineering rituals (standups, grooming, QA) as the product voice to ensure alignment and unblock progress.
  • Own the loop between launch and iteration, leveraging product analytics tools to track adoption, measure impact, and inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including full ownership of product development from concept to launch.
  • Deeply experienced using Jira and Figma product development tools
  • Experience working directly with B2B customers and workflows, especially with health technology software/platforms.
  • Deep customer obsession—you regularly talk to users, synthesize insights, and make decisions rooted in real-world needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing products. You don’t need to code, but you do need to speak the language of engineers and technical buyers.
  • Experience building products powered by AI/ML or LLMs, with a strong understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and the user-facing implications of algorithmic decisions
  • A track record of building products that create customer and commercial value across both D2C and B2B markets in health. Bonus points for platform or integration-heavy work.
  • Excellent written communication skills; low-ego collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving, startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital health, care delivery, or other health tech-related space

To be considered for this Product Manager role, please provide thoughtful responses to the questions below. Incomplete responses may delay or disqualify your application.

  1. Tell us about a time you uncovered a customer need through direct conversation. What did you build as a result, and how did you measure the outcome?
  2. Tell us about a product you built for a business customer that involved APIs, SDKs, or other technical integration points. What was your role?
  3. How have you helped a development team clarify what to build, or what not to build, during a grooming or sprint planning session?
  4. Tell us about a time when you had to make a tough roadmap tradeoff due to limited resources. What options were on the table, how did you decide, and how did you communicate it?
