We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead our portfolio of biomanufacturing solutions, including our breakthrough LentiBOOST technology. In this pivotal role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for our growing suite of biomanufacturing products designed to optimize production efficiency, scalability, and quality across various biological modalities. You will work at the intersection of science, technology, and business to help our customers accelerate the development and manufacturing of life-changing therapies.

Job Description

  • Own the complete product lifecycle for our biomanufacturing solutions portfolio, from strategic planning to market execution

  • Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and emerging bioprocessing trends

  • Identify opportunities to expand our biomanufacturing offerings into new applications, modalities, and market segments

  • Collaborate with R&D to guide product enhancements that address evolving bioprocessing challenges and customer needs

  • Work closely with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and content that effectively communicates our solutions' value propositions

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support customer engagements and strategic partnerships across the biomanufacturing ecosystem

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities

  • Define product requirements and specifications for new offerings and enhancements

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption

  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth and market penetration

  • Serve as the internal and external product expert for our biomanufacturing solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the biopharmaceutical or bioprocessing industry

  • Demonstrated understanding of biomanufacturing processes across multiple modalities (e.g., cell therapy, gene therapy, recombinant proteins, vaccines)

  • Experience bringing scientific products to market and managing product lifecycles

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities and communication skills

  • Business acumen with the ability to balance scientific innovation with commercial objectives

  • Experience with product launch planning and execution

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market dynamics
