About Provable

At Provable, our mission is to redefine trust and privacy in the digital world.

By creating tools that simplify the complexities of zero-knowledge technology, we empower developers to build applications that prioritize security, user control, and scalability. We envision a future where privacy is not an afterthought but a fundamental standard, enabling a more secure and equitable Web3.

Our commitment extends beyond technology to fostering a vibrant, collaborative community of innovators. Through accessible resources, thoughtful design, and a focus on developer success, we aim to bridge the gap between cutting-edge blockchain technology and real-world applications. Together, we’re not just building tools—we’re shaping the foundation for a private, decentralized future.

The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion to build a more personal and private web3. You'll work directly with C-Suite and engineering leadership to drive the strategic direction and execution of new user-centric products. Your day-to-day will consist of executing a product roadmap that is clear, detailed, and data-driven. Here, you’ll have ample opportunity for growth to drive initiatives across privacy tech, zero-knowledge proofs, user experiences, and developer onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage deep user and market insights to build a compelling product roadmap.

  • Align engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, privacy-centric solutions.

  • Identify and implement features that elevate user experiences in crypto and zero-knowledge.

  • Guide project scope, run planning sessions, and ensure timely product releases.

  • Gather qualitative feedback and analyze off-chain/on-chain data to refine features.

  • Develop a clear revenue story and sustainable business model for our offerings.

  • Shape the long-term vision for Provable's privacy-preserving ecosystem, translating complex technical advancements into actionable strategies.

  • Cultivate a platform mindset, identifying how core primitives and features can be composed into scalable products that empower developers and meet user needs.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management or founder experience managing products end-to-end

  • 2+ years of experience in web3 / crypto. Ideally use dApps (ex. Wallet, DeFi, Explorer) on a regular basis.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and shipping to users on-chain.

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits
  • Highly competitive salary and comp package.

  • Monthly budget for expenses (home office setup & supplies, transportation, fitness & personal well-being, continued learning, etc.).

  • Comprehensive, top-tier healthcare coverage.

  • Flexible vacation policy.

  • Ability to attend major industry conferences and global events at the company’s expense.

  • Regular team off-sites and retreats.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
