We’re seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of products across Givzey and Version2.ai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage roadmaps, and ship products that drive business impact and user delight.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives across both products..
- User Discovery & Insights: Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to coordinate customer interviews, gather feedback, and synthesize insights to deeply understand user needs in both the philanthropic and AI domains.
- Execution & Delivery: Write clear product specs, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product releases on time.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Facilitate agile planning, lead stand-ups, and serve as the go-to resource between tech, ops, and client teams.
- Unit Economics & Cost Analysis: Partner with Finance/Ops to model COGS, gross‑margin, and lifetime value; surface cost drivers early in the product‑discovery process and ensure roadmap priorities improve both user value and contribution margin.
- KPI Definition & Accountability: Establish leading/lagging KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue, and cost—including COGS and payback period—then instrument dashboards, run A/B tests, and iterate based on the results.
- Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in AI, nonprofit tech, and SaaS; identify new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- US Citizen
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles in a SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing Agile sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for task management, sprint tracking, roadmap planning, and maintaining transparency with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, including developing and maintaining product roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories, epics, and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating between engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, Slack, Figma, and GitHub to facilitate collaboration and documentation.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and iterative development, with a data-informed and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to drive decision-making using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to prioritize features and optimize product performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to align stakeholders and present product updates or strategic plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working on or with B2B platforms, donor engagement tools, CRM integrations, or generative AI applications is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or donor engagement
- Experience with generative AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Background in product design, data analytics, or software engineering
