Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our product strategy and delivering key initiatives on our ambitious roadmap. Collaborating closely with our founders, engineering, design, and our marketing and sales teams, you’ll assume responsibility for the development of the FlexPoint’s platform, leveraging deep experience in building B2B software businesses. **Responsibilities: **
- Product Strategy & Execution: Define and execute product strategy, identifying opportunities and prioritizing features that align with market needs and business goals.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews and user research, along with data analysis, to understand customer pain points and validate product concepts.
- Requirements & Documentation: Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development and ensure clear alignment with objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing to bring features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience.
- User Testing & Iteration: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate to continuously improve the product.
- Roadmap Management: Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring projects are on track and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Enhance the company’s outreach by coordinating/participating in activities such as webinars, conferences, and other opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager, preferably with experience at a venture backed SaaS company, Series A-Series C.
- Payments and fintech experience is preferred
- Experience with design systems and design software such as Figma
- Technical knowledge of APIs and Webhooks
- You have experience both maturing existing products and incubating new ones from 0 to 1.
- You're an exceptional verbal and written communicator.
- You are able to partner effectively with founders, along with day-to-day users of the software.
- You are a team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams.
- You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- You have experience working in JIRA to manage the SDLC
