This role as a Product Manager is responsible for supporting our financial institution customers in their fraud prevention efforts within the digital banking channel, primarily focused on Transaction Monitoring fraud prevention. You will contribute to the planning and development of our fraudtech and orchestration platform, working alongside senior team members to deliver innovative solutions.

The Job At-A-Glance:

You will develop expertise in financial institutions' needs regarding fraudtech and digital security. Working with engineering, hosting, information security, and cybersecurity teams, you'll help create features that strengthen our fraud-fighting capabilities.

You'll participate in customer meetings, engage with partners and engineering teams, and collaborate with sales leadership to help prioritize and execute on product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of business cases for Q2 partnerships and fraudtech products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Work with partners and internal teams to drive product adoption and sales

  • Help maintain partnership with CyberSecurity teams internally

  • Apply your knowledge of fraud & security in the financial industry to improve our products

  • Contribute to the fraud domain product strategy and roadmap including prioritization of initiatives and definition of the features and capabilities that will create value for our customers

  • Help define success metrics for projects and tie them to business objectives

  • Listen to client feedback and transform it into actionable insights

  • Work with engineering and UX teams to understand technical and user experience trade-offs

  • Research market trends and opportunities in the fraud prevention space

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or technology and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.

  • Relevant experience in SaaS or Financial Services industries

  • Understanding of agile development processes and bi-weekly release cycles

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
