  • Drive Commercial Success: Develop sales enablement material (e.g., competitive assessments, customer communication) in partnership with Sales and Marketing to highlight clear product positioning and value propositions, as well as ensure commercial readiness for launches.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to align priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Optimize for Results: Define and track success metrics to assess product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively drive continuous improvement .

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or engineering; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B, BPO, or technology company. Experience in the automotive or fleet industries, emerging automotive technologies, or the Tolling market is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading customer-facing product lines in B2B environments, with a strong track record of delivering solutions that drive measurable customer and business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead market research and translate customer needs and market dynamics into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong quantitative business acumen, with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence across functions and levels.
  • Experience managing execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and finance.
