We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives across TestAssure’s platform. In this role, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor who combines strategic product thinking with strong execution leadership. You’ll own complex problem spaces end-to-end—driving product direction, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

This is a great role for someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys ambiguous challenges, and can work closely with engineering, services, go-to-market teams, and leadership. In this role, you will also build and shape how the Product team will operate and collaborate at TestAssure.

What You’ll Do

  • Own key product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, with clear success metrics.
  • Translate company strategy into product initiatives, and prioritized work.
  • Lead customer discovery, synthesize feedback, and use data to identify opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and shape solutions in partnership with Engineering and Success.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Leadership).
  • Support and improve product foundations (scalable product ops processes and tooling)
  • Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing/packaging considerations, launches, and enablement.
  • Ensure product experiences are scalable, intuitive, and measurable—balancing UX, tech constraints, and business needs.
  • Create clear documentation: product briefs, requirements, decision docs, and release notes/announcements
  • Interact with other product team members working together to raise the bar on craft, clarity, and customer-centric decision-making.

What Success Looks Like (First 3-6 months)

  • You own a major product bet or cross-team initiative that produces measurable impact (revenue, adoption, retention, efficiency).
  • Initiatives and delivery cadences are smoother: priorities are crisp, decisions are documented, and outcomes are measurable.
  • Teams trust your product judgment and clarity of direction.
  • You strengthen our product culture through better discovery, experimentation, stakeholder alignment and improved ways of work

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of PM (and/or PO experience), including SaaS/B2B or Enterprise background
  • Proven track record shipping successful products as an individual-contributor in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of leveraging excellent UX instincts to simplify complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
  • Strong product craft across discovery, road mapping and prioritization, execution planning, and data-informed decision making, with the ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces into actionable plans
  • Uses AI tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating technical debate and articulating the rationale behind product decisions with engineering, including scoping and technical constraints (no coding required)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to explain tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Experience leading change management, influencing team behavior and workflows without formal authority
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation, and customer research workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workforce Management or similar environments
  • Experience in QA tools/workflows or automation platform products
  • Experience in designing and delivering AI/LLM based products
  • Experience supporting pricing/packaging, monetization, or growth initiatives
  • Experience in standing up data/insights foundations contributing to product success
  • Prior experience at a startup or company under ~100 employees

Benefits

Why Join Us

  • High impact role with visibility across the business.
  • Opportunity to shape product strategy and execution in a growing SaaS company.
  • Direct access to customers and company leadership.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic team that values outcomes over process.
  • Low egos, PE-backed, remote team (US and CA), health insurance, 401(k) employee match.
  • Compensation is expected to be in the range of $110,000 to $140,000 USD. Remuneration and title will be based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
