As a Product Manager in the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Oversees all team risk and security requirements, escalating where there are gaps and delivering tactical and strategic remediation plans
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Operates with a customer driven focus and leverages risk methodologies to convey the business and client needs into feature-level requirements within product backlogs
  • Manages the product deliverables to meet stakeholder commitments and deadlines, while removing blockers to progress product development
  • Coordinates UAT sessions and sign off with users
  • Validates the acceptance criteria and results in UAT, raising critical bugs as a matter of urgency
  • Supports product releases prior to, during, and post deployment
  • Attends all SCRUM ceremonies and ensure preparedness to avoid development delays
  • Partners and builds relations with users, product leads, architects, and engineers to illustrate strategy in reducing risk and meet stakeholder needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Knowledge of Governance, Regulatory, and Technology Risk and Controls
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, documentation, and value management
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Proficiency in creatively resolving problems and conflicts while developing unique solutions, with a proven track record in complex decision-making
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies including Jira or Confluence
  • Experience producing product artifacts including use cases, user stories, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, roadmaps, product overviews
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business, operations, technologists, and external vendor partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience designing QlikSense dashboards
