Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans—making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year—saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
Bevi is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the digital future of sustainable beverages. Reporting to the Director of Product, Digital Experiences, you will be responsible for executing the software roadmap that powers our connected machines and the digital tools used by our partners and service technicians.
You will sit at the intersection of hardware and software, ensuring that the digital experience at the machine is seamless, intuitive, and engaging, while also building robust tools that make maintaining and managing a fleet of Bevis effortless for our partners. This is a role for a PM who loves complex ecosystems, data-driven iteration, and creating products that have a tangible impact on the physical world.
Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Execution & Roadmap Management
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software features, from initial discovery and scoping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate the Director and VP’s high-level strategy into actionable user stories, technical requirements, and detailed product specs for Engineering and Design.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog for specific areas of the digital ecosystem (e.g., The Well, Bevi’s web app used by partners and techs, APIs, and product-specific software).
- Maintain a consistent shipping cadence, ensuring that software releases align with hardware constraints and beverage innovation timelines.
User Experience & Connected Insights
- Partner with UI/UX Design to craft intuitive interfaces for digital products.
- Leverage data and AI/ML insights to identify opportunities for predictive maintenance, ensuring machine uptime is maximized through smart software alerts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from service technicians and enterprise partners to streamline their workflows and digital toolsets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work daily with Engineering teams to navigate the complexities of IoT software, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance across the fleet.
- Collaborate with the Hardware Product team to ensure software updates support new physical components and sensor capabilities.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for feature adoption, user engagement, and system health.
- Use product analytics to identify friction points in the digital experience and propose iterative improvements.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Software Product Management. Experience with IoT, connected hardware, or B2B2C SaaS is a significant plus.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort working with engineers on complex system architectures, APIs, and data pipelines. You don’t need to code, but you need to understand how the "pipes" work.
- Execution Power: A proven track record of shipping software products in an agile environment. You are an expert at breaking down large projects into manageable sprints.
- Design Mindset: A strong eye for UX/UI. You understand that the software on a Bevi machine needs to be as refreshing and simple as the water it dispenses. You will partner with a UX/UI design team, but an understanding of that relationship is critical.
- Applied Intelligence: Practical experience identifying and shipping AI-powered features (e.g., automated reporting, smart filtering, or behavior modeling) that translate complex datasets into actionable outcomes for both internal teams and end-users; as well as utilizing AI/ML in your day-to-day
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to tell a story and justify product decisions
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with everyone from hardware engineers to marketing managers.
