The Opportunity 

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager - SinglePoint to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI-powered knowledge management SinglePoint portal platform. In this role, you will define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance a platform that drives value for our customers' competitive intelligence and marketing operations. You’ll need a blend of product expertise, business acumen, and passion for leveraging AI to solve enterprise-level challenges. 

 

What You'll Do 

Product Strategy & Roadmap: 

  • Develop and communicate the product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy and customer needs. 
  • Translate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable product roadmaps and feature sets. 

Customer-Centric Development: 

  • Partner with competitive intelligence and marketing teams in customer engagements to understand pain points and opportunities, ensuring the platform delivers meaningful insights and improves productivity. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather feedback and prioritize features that maximize user satisfaction and retention. 

AI Integration & Innovation: 

  • Work closely with management, R&D, and engineering teams to enhance AI capabilities, such as generative and conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and predictive analytics. 
  • Ensure our AI-powered solutions align with industry trends and solve complex business problems for marketing and competitive intelligence professionals. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Manage product development processes with project management and engineering teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases. 
  • Coordinate with marketing to create compelling product messaging, case studies, and launch plans for new features. 

KPIs & Performance Measurement: 

  • Define and track key product metrics, such as adoption, engagement, and customer retention, to measure product performance. 
  • Conduct regular product reviews and adjust priorities based on feedback and data-driven insights. 

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: 

  • Stay current with the competitive landscape, market trends, and AI and knowledge management technology advancements. 
  • Identify new growth opportunities and competitive differentiators through research and analysis. 

Product Marketing & Positioning: 

  • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling messaging around content collections and search features, highlighting their impact on competitive intelligence and marketing insights. 
  • Develop product marketing assets (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that showcase the platform’s value to prospects and customers. 
  • Partner with sales to align product positioning with customer needs and market trends. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, differentiate the product, and guide messaging. 
  • Design and execute marketing, advertising, and promotion programs. 
  • Work with customers and sales staff to close orders and promote the successful use of products 

 

What You Bring 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or B2B technology company. 
  • Proven experience managing AI-powered products, ideally in knowledge management, competitive intelligence, or marketing tech. 
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics. 
  • Familiarity with the needs of competitive intelligence and marketing departments in large enterprises is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. 
  • Experience building and executing product roadmaps from concept to launch. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools and analytics platforms.

Job Type: This is a Full-Time position located in Boston, MA.
