Position Summary: The Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), plays a critical role in supporting Inmar’s RCM initiatives across Retail Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, and Clinical/Medical RCM. This individual must possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Primary Accountabilities:

Develop and manage complex business cases, product line pro-forma, or other decision analysis projects, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Independently manage multiple RCM product initiatives across Retail and Hospital Pharmacy from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with customer needs.

Conduct in-depth research on competitors, users, and customers to inform RCM product strategy, including win-loss analysis, revenue impact assessments, and feasibility studies.

Partner with go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, services, solution architects) to ensure successful launches of new RCM initiatives, providing product expertise and support.

Own and maintain the product roadmap for RCM solutions, developing a clear perspective based on strategic priorities, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Utilize an outcome-based prioritization framework to set objectives and key results (OKRs) for RCM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Possess a strong understanding of technical architectures relevant to revenue cycle management, identifying impacted components and dependencies.

Communicate effectively with leadership, internal teams, and key stakeholders regarding RCM product priorities, updates, and milestones.

Regularly engage with customers using RCM products, actively seeking insights to improve product offerings and address pain points.

Translate complex business and operational needs into high-quality user stories and requirements, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and product goals.

Own the problem-solving process from identification to solution across teams, ensuring obstacles are proactively addressed and resolved.

Maintain a prioritized backlog for RCM-related initiatives and collaborate with engineering, UX, and design teams to ensure effective execution.

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively developing solutions to overcome potential obstacles.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, or product management, with a preference for experience in Retail and/or Hospital Pharmacy RCM.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.

Experience with clinical or medical revenue cycle management is a plus.

Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Product Owner Certification preferred.
