Primary Purpose
The Product Strategy & Experimentation group at Ahold Delhaize USA supports the product organization through the product lifecycle that spans the spectrum from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery and everything in between.
The Product Strategy team is responsible for managing the e-commerce and fulfillment product strategy and portfolio, roadmap, and OKRs. They will ensure we effectively move to the Product Operating Model and conduct business value and ROI analysis to inform and communicate how our product strategy creates quantifiable business value for ADUSA. They will support the organization in understanding and identifying where to invest so we can drive impact at each stage of the e-commerce customer journey (acquisition, retention, growth).
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities
Salary Range: $ 115,760 - $173,640

Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads roadmap management and QBR processes to ensure alignment and transparency across teams
- Manages the brick-in/brick-out process to optimize delivery and helping to oversee the ADUSA Digital product roadmap
- Helps to drive annual strategic planning and EBR cycles, including problem/opportunity discovery, OKR alignment, initiative prioritization, CapEx funding, and cross-functional communication
- Contributes to the creation and reporting of org-wide OKRs, ensuring the roadmap tests and validates product strategy hypotheses
- Works closely with Brand Enablement, Product Analytics, and Products groups to ensure proper data-driven prioritization based on impact and ROI analysis
- Lead the development of a product vision, then drive a process to bring that vision to fruition
- Must lead complex projects independently, develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business value
- Lead the prioritization of ecommerce features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework.
