EdVisorly is hiring a Product Manager, Partner Experience to own the execution, evolution, and scalability of the products that power how institutional partners interact with our platform.
As a key member of our Product team, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success. You will play a critical role in translating clear outcomes into prioritized roadmaps, running strong agile delivery practices, and transforming complex institutional workflows into durable, scalable platform capabilities.
You will serve as the internal point of accountability for delivery clarity, prioritization discipline, and productizing the workflows that enable colleges and universities to better support transfer students at scale. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product.

Translate company goals into well-scoped initiatives and prioritized execution plans.
Make thoughtful trade-offs balancing partner impact, technical constraints, team capacity, and long-term platform strategy.
Communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and changes clearly to stakeholders - including what was prioritized, what was deprioritized, and why.
🔹 Agile Delivery & Execution Excellence
Own day-to-day agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and delivery cadence.
Maintain strong Jira hygiene and ensure work is clearly defined, estimated, and aligned to roadmap outcomes.

Continuously improve team processes to increase clarity, focus, and throughput.
🔹 Workflow Discovery & Productization
Partner with institutional stakeholders and internal teams to understand manual, bespoke workflows.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale complex processes into durable product capabilities.
Determine when problems are best solved through process improvements, tooling enhancements, or full automation.
Translate discovery insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
🔹 Platform & Integration Thinking
Build with scale in mind — ensuring solutions work across institutions with varying policies, data structures, and systems.
Design and ship features that integrate thoughtfully with CRMs, Student Information Systems, and other external platforms.
Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, data models, integrations, and technical trade-offs while remaining outcome-focused.
🔹 Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to support successful launches, onboarding, and adoption.
Support Sales and Marketing with clear product positioning and partner-facing value articulation.
Maintain alignment and visibility through roadmap updates, stakeholder check-ins, and feedback loops.
