The Opportunity:

As our Product Manager - Data Import and Export Solutions you will drive the evolution of our Import and Export APIs as well as the business user tooling for uploading and exporting data. By enhancing our reliable and scalable solutions for managing large data sets you play a key role in helping our enterprise customers get onboarded efficiently and supporting their ongoing import and export needs.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce as part of our passionate Product Management team at commercetools.

 
This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office. We are able to consider candidates based in/close to either Berlin, Germany, or Valencia, Spain, for this role.
 
Your Mission:
  • Research and innovate in the commerce space as part of a cross-functional product team with focus on moving millions of records in and out of commercetools, automated through our APIs and manually using our business user frontend.
  • Collaborate closely with your UX designer and engineers to identify opportunities,  discover effective solutions and deliver them to the market
  • Contribute to the product vision and strategy in collaboration with product leadership and define the roadmap for your team
  • Become a commercetools product expert and develop a deep understanding of our customers and users and the market
  • Shape your way of working - we believe in strong and independent teams
  • Learn continuously from and with your colleagues and a leadership that is committed to your personal and professional growth
What you need to succeed:
  • Provden experience as Product Manager driving product initiatives with modern discovery and delivery techniques
  • General knowledge of digital commerce
  • Good understanding of APIs and SaaS products
  • Passion for delving into technical details of the product and how it delivers value to users
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data, customer and market insights into product decisions and actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
Nice to have:
  • Experience with commerce platforms or PIM solutions
  • Experience with developing API-based SaaS products
  • Experience with leveraging data visualization tools to monitor the impact and usage of released features
