As an Cloud Program Management Manager you will oversee the delivery of cloud programs and initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, meeting the highest quality standards, and aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cloud program delivery across multiple projects, ensuring that they are executed in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact and provide regular program status updates, including progress reports, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that program objectives are met despite changes in scope, timelines, or resources.
• Ensure that cloud delivery aligns with the overall business objectives and technology roadmap.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) within the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancing cloud services and delivery processes.
• Implement and manage Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure the team stays on track and adapts to changes in priorities or scope.
• Track progress through sprints, and lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Regularly collect feedback from users, clients, and other stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
Skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• Proven experience in managing program lifecycles and delivering cloud projects
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
Technology :
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, & Google Cloud
• Experience with Confluence & JIRA
• Microsoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Certifications Preferred:
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2)

Job Description
  • Responsible for end-to-end business and financial results for multi-faceted, complex products through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
  • Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding recommendations. Champions business cases, business plan and roll-out of specific products, product groups or experiences.
  • Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and markets trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommend innovative new products, new experiences or enhancements to existing products and develops and designs the features of a designated new or existing products Manages the end-to-end development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, product groups or experiences and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise .
  • Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates and/or leads activities with external stakeholders and clients to ensure all product offerings meet their strategic goals. Develops product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
  • Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results. Coordinates across groups and leads key contributors.
