Role Overview
The Product Manager, VP - JPMC Assistant, will lead the transformation of how employees Take Action, Get Help, and Discovery new information at the Firm. This pivotal role focuses on delivering a suite of AI-powered and conversationally led experiences.
In collaboration with business, design, and technology teams, you will define the experience requirements for the flagship JPMC Assistant product-a new native desktop application. You will lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to develop the MVP. This includes creating a design system of conversational components that can be reused across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile applications) and establishing standards for the overarching JPMC Assistant brand and tone of voice.
Job responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize experience opportunities that align with employee needs and market trends, focusing on leveraging existing and future Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Lead the design and development of a new desktop application and conversational design system that fulfills the JPMC Assistant vision and priority use cases.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage and track projects.
  • Develop acceptance criteria, requirements, epics, and user stories to support JPMC Assistant experience initiatives, including, the flagship desktop application.
  • Lead launch and go-to-market planning, including rollout and release plans, testing strategies, key messaging development, go/no go criteria definition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, business stakeholders, change management, marketing, etc.) to gather requirements, drive continuous improvement, and innovate.
  • Analyze and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the JPMC Assistant strategic roadmap.
  • Communicate the trajectory of the JPMC Assistant product experience effectively to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum 5+ years in product management, with a focus on delivering 0 to 1 products, conversationally-led experiences, and design systems.
  • Experience working in a product organization, driving collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience managing teams of designers and developers to launch 0 to 1 products.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of product agility practices, including iterative development and adaptive planning.
