We enable practices and healthcare organizations to enhance the experience of their patients by providing them with a leading technology platform and world-class services. What unites us is our passion to support physicians and help patients from all backgrounds to have a better healthcare experience.

About the Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager in Cambridge, MA to join our rapidly growing, fast-moving team. In this high-impact role, you’ll own how healthcare data flows through our platform to client source systems (e.g., EHRs, practice management systems). Your work will directly improve patient care by driving scalable integrations, enabling smarter workflows, and delivering seamless connectivity with our clients’ systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and refine user stories that enhance the scope, performance, and reliability of our unified interoperability platform between TWH and client systems.
  • Partner closely with integration engineers and client IT contacts to map data, validate payloads, and troubleshoot complex interoperability issues.
  • Lead daily standups and manage backlog grooming with the integration team.
  • Own end-to-end implementation timelines for new EHR relationships and new client integrations.
  • Design and scope new integration enhancements, including additional endpoints, data flows, and system behaviors between our platform and EHRs.
  • Serve as a technical client liaison, gathering requirements, discussing enhancements, resolving issues, and managing integration-related administrative needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to define responsibilities, sequencing, and milestones across projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, implementation, or application/technical management within the health tech ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including a deep understanding of interoperability challenges and workflows.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare data standards and formats, such as HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments where prioritization, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems architected for scalable, reliable integrations.
