As an Innovation Economy Product Manager, you will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive product roadmap aimed at enhancing banker productivity through AI solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within the innovation economy sector of commercial banking.

Job responsibilities
- Research and Analysis:
- Assist in conducting research to gain insights into current trends and challenges within the innovation economy segment of commercial banking.
- Support data analysis efforts to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement in banker productivity.
- Product Management Support:
- Assist in writing user stories and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future development efforts.
- Support the development of product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with technology and design teams to ensure the product vision is translated into a functional, visually appealing, and technically sound solution.
- Support coordination efforts with cross-functional teams within commercial banking to align on strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in organizing in-person workshops to engage with bankers from each vertical, aimed at gathering feedback to identify major pain points.
- Support the establishment of an ongoing steering committee to provide key updates and ensure all partners are aligned.
