You are collaborative and detail-oriented - your domain will sit at the nexus of numerous interdependent teams, processes, data models, and systems: Identity providers, SCIM protocols, SSO integrations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security controls. You have a strong track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions at scale.

You will work closely with numerous teams across the organization to establish relationships, build and maintain alignment, and solve complex security and compliance problems. To be successful, you must start from the customer and work backward to implement secure and delightful experiences that are scalable and meet ZoomInfo's business objectives. You are a creative, security-oriented product leader who can think big and dive deep.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deeply understand and synthesize complex identity management, SCIM provisioning, and compliance requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive tangible customer and business value
  • Collaborate with customers, security teams, compliance officers, and executives to gather feedback and insights that will shape the roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to test, learn, and measure the success of
  • authentication systems, SCIM implementations, and compliance controls
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure product alignment and regulatory compliance

What You Bring:
  • You have 3-5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role and are comfortable setting a product strategy, managing a roadmap, and executing against it
  • You have deep experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems, single sign-on (SSO), and understand enterprise authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Well-versed in SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocol and have implemented automated user provisioning and deprovisioning solutions for enterprise customers
  • Technical savvy and experience building highly reliable and scalable authentication solutions working with architects and developers. You have an eye to create secure, usable components and create API integrations across identity providers
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and security standards including multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and audit logging
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on security requirements, identity provider integrations, and compliance audits
What Success Looks Like:
  • Extend the login and identity infrastructure to be scalable, secure, and compliant as we support more and larger enterprise customers
  • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to build solutions that meet the highest industry standards while maintaining excellent user experience
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to enable seamless enterprise SSO integrations and SCIM implementations
  • Work with Product Managers across the platform to build features that integrate seamlessly with our identity and access management system
  • Reduce customer time-to-value for authentication integrations while maintaining zero-trust security principles

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
