What You'll Do:
- Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-impact software products.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and data to inform product decisions.
- Be curious about the competitive landscape, assess competing products, and help define strategic product response.
- Prioritize feature development and enhancements, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvements.
- Champion customer-centricity, advocating for the best user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, embrace emerging technologies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, Atlassian Suite, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and data-driven product decisions.
- Familiarity with fintech or e-commerce industries is a plus.
- Ability to perform in a high energy environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities
Expected Pay Range: $124,000 - $145,000 per year salaried*
* The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
