Product Manager - 3rd Party Integrations for Human Risk Solution

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager to focus on 3rd party integrations that will enhance Mimecast’s Human Risk solution. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product effectively ingests and utilizes data from various external sources to provide comprehensive insights into human risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle, from conception through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy: Define and own the roadmap for 3rd party integrations, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of the Human Risk solution. Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that enhance product functionality and customer value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and user experience teams to design and implement effective integration solutions. Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements. Present the product roadmap and integration capabilities to customers and partners.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integrations and monitor their impact on the Human Risk solution. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation related to integrations. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to develop enablement content for sales and partners.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead sprint planning and execution, working with project management teams to communicate project timelines and mitigate risks.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment focused on cybersecurity or data protection.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data integration processes and technologies. Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and third-party data sources is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to leverage data to drive informed product decisions. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including customers and executives.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and innovation.

The base salary range for this position is $120K - $180K base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
