As a Product Manager at IMO Health,you will lead and shape our healthcare analytics initiatives. In this role, you will drive data-driven product enhancements, support implementation teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful solutions in the value-based care space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Leverage data analytics and utilization metrics to enhance our data insights platform, contributing to development and potential commercialization.
- Provide expertise in value-based careand risk adjustment models to influence product strategy and guide clients through EHR workflows and change management.
- Engage with customers to foster strong relationships, gather feedback, and drive product adoption.
- Support implementation teams with clinical workflows, change management, and third-party integrations to improve client success.
- Develop and implement customer-facing reporting for greater transparency and actionable insights.
- Create internal documentation, policies, and procedures to establish structure and clarity around product offerings.
- Influence engineering roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product Sales Directors (PSDs), and internal teams to execute key initiatives.
- Define outcomes-based product roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Identify and fill product gaps, generating new ideas that enhance customer value and internal efficiencies.
- Develop and articulate business cases for new initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Support marketing efforts by driving awareness, adoption, and positioning of product offerings.
- Present product strategy and insights to internal and external stakeholders, demonstratingexpertise and leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or product development, with a strong focus on Healthcare IT or SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of owning and driving product growth in complex Healthcare IT or SaaS markets.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, data analytics, and data quality improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact product solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for tackling complex problems and driving innovation.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and takes initiative.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site team collaboration.
