The Product Manager - Digital Subscription Products is responsible for driving customer growth, engagement, monetization, and retention across the PeopleFinders platform. This role owns the product roadmap for our ecommerce experience, subscription offerings, and data-driven information products, ensuring we continually improve customer value while achieving ambitious business objectives.

This individual will leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and emerging technologies to optimize every stage of the customer journey—from acquisition and search experience to conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

We're looking for someone who is deeply customer-obsessed, highly analytical, and passionate about building consumer products that transform complex data into intuitive, valuable experiences.

Salary - $125K-$150K

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the PeopleFinders ecommerce platform, prioritizing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior throughout the purchase journey and identify opportunities to reduce friction while improving trust, transparency, and conversion.
  • Lead continuous experimentation across search experiences, onboarding, upsell opportunities, AI experiences, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Success, Compliance, and Project Management to deliver high-impact product releases.
  • Translate customer research, behavioral analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription conversion, renewal rate, churn, customer lifetime value, retention, and customer engagement.
  • Drive innovation across PeopleFinders' portfolio of data products, including identity intelligence, public records, contact information, property information, people search, AI-assisted search experiences, and emerging information services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize acquisition funnels, product messaging, promotional offers, pricing strategies, and lifecycle communications.
  • Evaluate new product concepts, premium features, and monetization opportunities that expand customer value and diversify revenue streams.
  • Present product performance, experiment results, business cases, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for building consumer ecommerce products powered by data, information services, and subscription business models.
  • Strong product intuition combined with exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using experimentation, analytics, and customer research to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics including conversion rate optimization, average order value, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience translating large datasets and customer insights into intuitive, customer-focused product experiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered consumer applications, personalization, recommendation engines, or search technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience within ecommerce, subscription businesses, consumer technology, marketplace platforms, digital products, or information services.
  • Proven success growing customer-facing products through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.
  • Experience working with product analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, Domo, VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with subscription products, pricing optimization, customer retention, and digital commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent product leadership experience is a plus.
