Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Product Strategy:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product development.
  • Be highly skilled in translating technical capabilities into commercial opportunities that generate business value.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design, develop, and test new features or updates to the cybersecurity product.
    • Manage the product development cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.
    • Build scalable systems and processes into the product to ensure smooth integration and long-term growth potential.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to position the product effectively in the market.
    • Monitor the success of product launches and continuously optimize strategies for better market penetration.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer interactions, working with customer success teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
    • Ensure that all product documentation, user guides, and sales materials are up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • AI Integration for Data-Driven Decision Making, Workflow Efficiency, and Commercial Success:
    • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product improvements and new features.
    • Utilize AI tools and data analytics to gain deeper insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and product performance, driving intelligent decision-making.
    • Leverage AI to automate and streamline workflows, enhancing operational efficiency across product development and management processes.
    • Implement AI-driven automation for repetitive tasks, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and improving cross-team collaboration.
    • Be commercially astute, using AI insights to create scalable business models and systems that enhance product market fit and profitability.
    Requirements
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Experience:
      • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the cybersecurity, hardware, or tech industry.
      • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products, particularly in hardware-based solutions.
      • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, marketing, and sales.
      • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical product features into business value.
    • Technical Knowledge:
      • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, hardware, and embedded systems.
      • Familiarity with product development cycles, especially in hardware products, and an understanding of relevant security technologies and protocols.
      • Proficiency in using AI tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics) for data-driven insights.
      • Experience with AI tools for workflow automation, process optimization, and improving team efficiency.
      • Skilled in building scalable systems and processes to enhance long-term product and business growth.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
      • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to define product strategies.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
      • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
      • AI & Analytical Skills: Ability to utilize AI tools not only for data analysis but also for enhancing workflow efficiency and process automation to improve overall productivity in product management.
      • Commercial Skills: Expertise in commercializing technical products and driving business growth through systemized processes and strategic product positioning.
    • Personal Qualities:
      • Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and cybersecurity.
      • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
