Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end experience of our consumer applications. You’ll work within a cross-departmental team, driving growth by delivering exceptional user experiences that not only increase customer satisfaction but also expand our market presence. By improving key areas such as user onboarding, product engagement, and ease of use, you'll directly contribute to key metrics like activation rates, churn reduction, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR). This role offers the opportunity to shape a consumer application with a large user base, working closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver impactful features and experiences.

Requirements

Core Competencies:

  • Product Management Experience:
    • Proven success managing consumer-facing applications.
    • Track record of shipping features rapidly and iterating based on data.
    • Experience launching successful consumer products.
  • Analytics & Data Skills:
    • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
    • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Growth & Optimization:
    • Expertise in boosting activation and reducing churn in consumer applications.
    • Experience with growth experiments and A/B testing.
  • User Experience & Engagement:
    • Background in consumer engagement strategies (e.g., gamification).
    • Skills in optimizing onboarding and self-serve support systems.
    • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.
  • Collaboration:
    • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams.
