Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting senior product managers in prioritization and planning.
- Partner with engineering to define lightweight requirements for new integrations and enhancements.
- Translate customer and partner feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product usage and quality metrics (e.g. error rates, latency, data completeness) and flag improvement opportunities.
- Assist with go-to-market readiness by helping with documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.
- Research competitor offerings, third-party connectors, and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI and analytics, to ensure upstream data supports personalization and search features.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience, including exposure to product management, product ownership, or technical project coordination
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic data schema concepts through work, coursework, or projects.
- Understanding of connectors, data ingestion, or ETL pipelines is a plus, with enthusiasm to learn more.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
