- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for GTT’s connectivity services portfolio
- Drive innovation across pricing, technology, packaging and automation to improve customer and employee experience
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver successful product launches and continuous improvements
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market campaigns
- Engage with customers, industry analysts and events to represent GTT and gather insight
- Own a customer‑centric approach—using market research, feedback and data to guide decisions
- Track industry trends and competitive activity to maintain a strong market position
- Product Management experience within a global telecoms or managed services provider
- Strong understanding of DIA, IP Transit, WAN services, broadband and wireline access technologies
- Knowledge of NaaS frameworks and multinational enterprise networking environments
- Confidence engaging with C‑suite stakeholders in global enterprises
- Strategic mindset with strong communication and influencing skills
- Networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCIE)
- Product Management certifications or formal training
