Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategy, product roadmap and key performance metrics for your product

  • Analyze user behavior and conduct research to identify trends within our target customer base and translate those insights into product features

  • Assist in defining and deploying new strategies and tactics to support product adoption

  • Be the leader of your product by owning outcomes and driving to decisions that have positive business impact

  • Define and build out the product experience, partnering with Product Engineering to create and improve new features

  • Outcome (vs. output) driven work ethic and leadership skills

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations

  • Strong time management skills

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in product management for online consumer and/or B2B products with in a dynamic, agile environments

  • Experience partnering across different functional departments to create positive outcomes

  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality

  • Aptitude for problem solving, and strong quantitative skills with a data focused approach to decision-making

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams

Knowledge & Skill

  • Has knowledge of technical discipline and work processes.

  • Provides investigative, analytic or diagnostic services that affect a wide range of the unit’s activities and suggests improvements

  • Has good understanding of roles of the relevant functional groups within own area

  • Requires extensive training and experience to resolve a wide range of issues.

The base salary range for this position in is $110-$150K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
