GoodLeap's AI Transformation team partners with business units across the company to implement AI tools, training, and custom solutions, while our Salesforce (SFDC) team builds and maintains the platform that powers sales and operations workflows. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap across both teams — driving innovation through cutting-edge automation and AI solutions while ensuring our Salesforce platform evolves with the business.
Your primary objective is to enrich employee and customer experience by introducing new products that leverage generative and agentic AI, ensuring alignment among all relevant stakeholders and contributing to GoodLeap's reputation as an innovator in AI-powered financial technology. You will flex between long-term product strategy and day-to-day execution across two engineering teams.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and articulate a clear product vision and unified roadmap across the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams. Gain a deep understanding of the AI landscape and internal user needs; leverage that knowledge to prioritize new AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities that drive engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Own all aspects of product development for both teams: discovery, requirements, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery. Coordinate go-to-market and adoption activities with business units. Ensure Salesforce platform work and AI initiatives are sequenced coherently and stakeholder expectations are managed.
  • Partner with business units, Legal, Security, and Compliance (including AI governance processes) and Salesforce stakeholders in sales and operations to promote adoption of new products and features, and to identify new opportunities that drive growth.
  • Define and analyze key product metrics; use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve performance. Regularly provide updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and squad members, tailoring communication to the audience.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products; skilled at managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks to drive business outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise leveraging AI technologies (including LLMs and agentic workflows) to achieve tangible business outcomes, with a proven implementation track record
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud, release cycles, admin/configuration concepts) strongly preferred
  • Proactive bias to action, prioritizing quick execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and deliver scalable solutions that resonate with user needs
  • Data-driven excellence: leverages insights to inform iterative product enhancements and maximize impact
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity
  • Superior communication skills; able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to audiences from engineers to executives

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
