  • Collaborate across disciplines including engineering, design, data science, program, sales and operations—to align on goals, timelines, and trade-offs.

  • Drive delivery from concept to launch, managing dependencies with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.

  • Measure impact and iterate, tracking performance metrics like conversion rates, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Solve complex problems with structure and creativity, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business value.

  • Model ownership and curiosity, contributing to best practices, process improvements, and the evolution of AI product management at Lower.

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment

  • Strong customer orientation; able to deeply understand and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with engineers and non-technical stakeholders, writing product documents, and summarizing findings

  • Experience with AI and data-centric products Experience managing integrations with third-party platforms or APIs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or customer service technology

  • Familiarity with AI tolls like Sierra, Kastle, or GPT-based systems
