- Define and communicate Payment Services vision, scope, and priorities; manage backlog and set goals for cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver upgraded technologies and processes
- Advise leadership on business plans and requirements; direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Oversee strategic product management for diverse, highly technical offerings
- Lead resolution of complex challenges requiring deep understanding of enterprise-wide synergies and opportunities
- Deliver long-term, large-scale servicing solutions that account for global market dynamics, regulatory impacts, and risk management
- Provide strategic guidance and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions across diverse product lines
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of wires (Fed, SWIFT, CHIPS) product management within banking or financial services
- 2+ years of experience in large transformation programs
- Payment messaging / formatting experience (ISO 20022, MT, CHIPS)
- Ability to oversee & execute product management with strategic focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Customer-centric mindset with end-to-end thinking, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines independently
Job Expectations:

- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, Irving, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, Minneapolis, MN, San Francisco, CA office approximately 3 days a week
