This leader will bring deep payments expertise and proven experience in driving transformation at scale, ensuring disciplined execution while aligning with innovation and platform strategies led by peers.
In this role, you will:
- Lead modernization of core product capabilities, processes, and client experience through Transformation Leadership.
- Apply deep knowledge of commercial cards, interchange economics, virtual card adoption, supplier enablement, and B2B payment flows.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and delivery frameworks to ensure strategy translates into measurable outcomes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing product team with strong collaboration across multiple domains including Tech, Risk, Sales, Digital, Supplier Enablement, and more.
- Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
- Analyze customer and results-oriented information
- Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
- Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
- Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Product leadership experience in payments, commercial cards, or B2B fintech.
- Track record of transforming legacy businesses or platforms into modern, scalable growth engines.
- Strong commercial acumen - understands economics, P&L drivers, and revenue levers in card businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with influence, partner across functions, and inspire teams.
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
